Individual counselling sessions are for one adult and can be done on the phone or online using Zoom.

Phone Counselling Sessions with Elizabeth Lacey RSW are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
The current fee is $165 per hour

ONLINE Counselling Session

Online Counselling Sessions are available with Elizabeth Lacey MSW RSW on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays using Zoom

This Couples Therapy Supervision Group meets Online Bi-Weekly Thursdays 9:30-11 am with a maximum of 6 people. Elizabeth Lacey specializes in Women’s Mental Health Counselling and Supervision & Business Consulting for Couples Therapists.

She provides Individual Counselling Sessions online and on the phone in London Ontario and throughout Ontario, Canada and does supervision and business consulting with Couples Therapists online throughout Ontario.

Elizabeth founded Oakridge Counselling in 2004 in London Ontario. She is a Registered Social Worker “RSW,” Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Business Consultant for Couples Therapists.

Elizabeth has a Masters Degree in Social Work “MSW” 2002 from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Bachelors Degree in Social Work “BSW” 1999, from the University of Waterloo’s Renison College and a Bachelor of Arts “BA” 1998 Degree also from the University of Waterloo.

She has been a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers since 1998 and belongs to the Ontario Association of Social Work.
